Important: HypeBazaar is a print-on-demand store. Every product is custom printed especially for you after your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made stock. Because of this, our return policy is different from regular retail stores — please read carefully before ordering.
1. Return & Exchange Window
1.1 Time Limit

Customers must raise a return, exchange, or complaint request within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

1.2 How to Check Delivery Date

Your delivery date is confirmed via the tracking link shared with you by email and SMS after dispatch. In case of any dispute, the courier's tracking record will be considered final.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return or Replacement
2.1 Valid Reasons We Accept

We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:

Product received is physically damaged, torn, or defective
Wrong item or wrong size delivered by us
Significant print quality issue such as blurred, faded, or misaligned print
Order not delivered within 20 business days of dispatch
2.2 Not Eligible for Return or Refund
Change of mind after placing the order
Wrong size selected by the customer — please check our size chart carefully before ordering
Minor color variation due to screen display differences — monitors and phones display colors differently
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Products that have been used, washed, or tampered with
Damage caused by misuse or improper handling by the customer
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
3.1 Why It Is Required
An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or wrong item claims. Without a clear unboxing video, we will not be able to process your complaint. Please record your unboxing video before opening the package.
3.2 What to Submit

Along with the unboxing video, please also share:

Clear photos of the product showing the defect or damage
Photo of the outer packaging and shipping label
Your Order ID
3.3 Video Requirements

The unboxing video must show the sealed package being opened continuously without any cuts or edits. Videos that appear edited or incomplete will not be accepted.

4. How to Raise a Complaint
4.1 Step-by-Step Process
Step 1: Email us at support@hypebazaar.store within 7 days of delivery
Step 2: Use subject line — Return Request — Order #[Your Order ID]
Step 3: Attach your unboxing video, product photos, and describe the issue clearly
Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
Step 5: If approved, we will arrange a free replacement or process a refund
5. Return Shipping
5.1 No Return Shipment Required in Most Cases

Since our products are custom printed, most valid claims are resolved via free replacement. You do not need to ship the product back to us in most cases.

5.2 When Return Is Required

In rare cases where a return shipment is required, HypeBazaar will arrange and fully cover the pickup cost. You will never be asked to pay for return shipping on a valid complaint.

5.3 No Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking or return processing fee for valid replacement or refund requests.

6. Refunds
6.1 When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible — for example, if the product is out of stock or the item cannot be reproduced. In all other eligible cases, we offer a free replacement.

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days of complaint approval. Bank processing may take additional time depending on your bank.

6.3 Refund Confirmation

Once your refund is initiated, you will receive a confirmation email from us at your registered email address.

7. Order Cancellations
7.1 Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided printing has not started. Once an order enters production with our print partner Qikink, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

7.2 How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@hypebazaar.store with your Order ID and subject line: Cancel Request — Order #[Your Order ID]. We process cancellations on a first-come, first-served basis.

7.3 Cancellation Refund

If your cancellation is approved, the full order amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

8. Exchanges
8.1 Exchange Conditions

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

Wrong size delivered by us
Wrong item delivered by us

Exchanges for a different size or design due to customer preference are not accepted, as all products are custom printed on demand.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy does not override any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable Indian consumer protection laws. If you feel your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily, you may contact our Grievance Officer at support@hypebazaar.store. We aim to resolve all consumer complaints within 48 hours.
